The location is favourable and excellent, near to the zoo and botanical garden as well as the center and most of attractions, you cannot beat it.

A nice balcony and air conditioner in the room and the perfect bed. Large bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location close to lovely restaurants, in the very pleasant area. And near De Plantage;))

From skeptic to believer

The room felt cozy with a lovely bathroom and daily cleaning that kept everything fresh! Plus, the complimentary Stroopwaffle and water on arrival made for a good start.

Noise from the hallway interfered with our comfort at night, highlighting the need for better sound insulation.

The rooms with the bedroom, great facilities, for instance. A nice interior. Location very close to all the markets, a supermarket, and coffee shops 15 minutes.

Reasonably spacious & clean hotel, its location is marvellous and super really close to a supermarket and other shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and the dental train station. Make sure you stay in the double room with a terrace.

Extremely expensive breakfast, it should be better.

The ambiance was good, with contemporary decor and comfortable beds, allowing for peaceful nights. The location offered easy access to groceries and neighborhood dining options, although the room was somewhat compact, leaving little space for luggage. Nonetheless, housekeeping maintained a tidy environment throughout.

The unique room design really stood out, unlike any typical hotel vibes. The balcony space provided a refreshing spot to kick back after roaming the city.

Room size felt cramped, especially with a mere three hangers for clothes, forcing me to keep luggage items scattered around. Noise from the street came through clearly due to single-glazed windows. The shower handset broke during use, further reflecting a lack of maintenance and attention to detail. The photos of the hotel don't accurately represent the actual layout and size, leaving expectations high but reality low.

Clean rooms. And a great location opposite the tram stop made getting around easy! The staff was attentive! Definitely enjoyed the spacious balconies.

The location of Quentin Zoo is prime, right next to a tram stop. Room design grabbed me. It felt unique and colorful, certainly not your average hotel fare. My room had great blackout curtains, perfect for sleeping in. I loved that the bathroom seemed recently updated and came with ample hot water. The bed was massive and comfy. Staff offered warm, personalized service, especially the front desk team, who quickly sorted out my requests. Housekeeping kept the room fresh, and I appreciated the a coffee machine, even if coffee capsules was like a rare find. The cleaning routine needs a nudge. One day I found my bed unmade and coffee supplies lacking. While the layout and decor were enjoyable, it's worth noting the room lacked adequate storage space for clothes and personal items. Noise from the hallway was a bit disruptive at night, something to keep in mind if light sleepers are considering this place. Quentin Zoo presents a charming spot with a few areas needing attention, especially concerning the cleaning schedule and noise insulation.

The location's fab, so close to a tram stop! My room was spacious with a nice big shower and cozy blackout curtains-perfect for snoozing. Plus, the quirky decor made it fun and interesting!

The coffee capsules were like unicorns-hardly ever present! And let's just say their cleaning schedule might've taken a vacation.

The balcony space was refreshing while the mini fridge didn't cool at all.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

While the location was fantastic, accessibility to trams was a bonus. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the floors left something to be desired, but the staff did their best to help. Be aware of the noise levels at night and consider requesting a room away from the hallway.
